Reservation Policy

• The first night rate is charged during reservation for the rack rate.

• The total amount of stay is charged during reservation for the discounted prepaid rate.

• The total amount of the reservation for rack rate stay reservation will be sent via Paypal 1 day prior to arrival to simplify the check-in process.

• The total amount of the reservation is required before check-in.

• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are on a per apartment per night basis.

• Credit card and bank transfer accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation or modification for up to 7 days before date of arrival, no cancellation charge for rack rate reservation made from Chic Lifestyle Suites.

• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• No cancellations are allowed for discounted/promotional rates.

• If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show, the total reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

Security Deposit 

• A security deposit of MYR 500 by credit card authorisation is required and fully refundable 24 hours after check-out should no damages or additional charges occur.

• The security deposit is to be paid during check-in or via email form.

 

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time : 3.00pm

• Check-out time : 11.00am

• Late check-out after 11:00 am is available at an hourly rate of MYR20/hour, subject to availability.

• Our team are available by appointment to assist with check-in & check-out between 8.00 am - 11.00 pm.

• Kindly contact us at +6 012 486 0155, 2 hours prior to check-in & check-out.

Identification

• Valid photo identification is required to check-in, regardless of the method of payment. International Passport or Malaysian photo identification card is accepted.

• Personal information contained on the collected identification will not be sold, information will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

Visitor(s)

• Visitors are allowed to enter the apartment/suites and are required to vacate the building by 11 pm. Only registered guests up to the maximum rooming configurations can stay afterwards.

 

No Party & No Exessive Noice Policy

• Chic Lifestyle Suites may evict a guest or visitor without warning, should conditions warrant. Our “No Party & No Excessive Noise” policy, is agreed to upon booking, will be strictly enforced. Any subsequent damage caused will be charged to the guest. Any person/s found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in the apartment or exceeding the number of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. Unless written approval is obtained.

 

Non Smoking

• Chic Lifestyle Suites are NON SMOKING apartments/suites.

• Smoking is allowed at the balcony with the balcony sliding door closed. The ashtray is provided for smoking at the balcony

• Smoking in the apartment/suites will result in an MYR200 cleaning and deodorizing penalty

 

Services provided

• Bed linen, bathroom towelling and kitchen towels are provided. A complimentary selection of guest bathroom amenities is also supplied along with kitchen detergent and washing machine powder. 

• The suite/apartment is serviced every 7 days from the check-in date and after check-out.

• Should you require additional cleaning/linen change outside the normal exit /weekly cleaning, this can be arranged at an extra fee of MYR 150.00.

 

Rubbish/Recycling Removal

• Rubbish disposal areas are located on each floor for the removal of rubbish from the apartment. Guests are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish on a daily basis (Applicable for long stay).

• For short stay, rubbish will be disposed of by our cleaner upon Check-Out.

 

Unaccompanied Minor(s)

• All children below 18 years must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.

• Chic Lifestyle Suites is not liable/responsible for injury caused by an unsupervised minor staying in our apartments/suites, nor can we provide the service of supervising and caring for a minor during the stay. 

Limit Of Liability

• We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however, Chic Lifestyle Suites does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

Car Parking

• Please park at the designated car park.

• Chic Lifestyle Suites is not liable nor responsible for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else. 

Right Of Entry

• In the event that Chic Lifestyle Suites team member has a legitimate cause for concern or if the guest has not been seen or able to be contacted over a period of time, the apartment may be entered by the Manager/Team to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and property.
